Here are some signs that might suggest you have a real or perceived conflict:
• Close relationships with BHP employees, customers, suppliers, business partners or Government Officials in a position to make decisions which affect BHP;
• Strong and repeated promotion of a supplier or employee;
• Accepting sponsorship from a supplier for your personal activities outside work;
• Receiving something of value from an existing or potential supplier;
• Making a recruitment or performance decision based on anything other than job-related skills, qualifications and capabilities.
